With our guidance, our clients can make bold, strategic decisions with confidence.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to join our team. This role combines deep financial expertise with functional implementation capabilities, focusing on delivering end-to-end solutions using modern DevOps practices and agile methodologies.Key Responsibilities- Lead functional design and implementation of D365 F&O solutions, with particular emphasis on financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expense Management, Tax and Financial Reporting- Configure and customize financial processes, workflows, and business rules according to business requirements- Architect and develop custom solutions and integrations within the D365 F&O platform- Document complex business report requirements for delivery by third parties- Manage solution deployment and release management using Azure DevOps- Provide functional leadership in agile project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues across the F&O platform- Mentor junior team members on functional best practices and financial process implementationRequirements- 5+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 F&O or AX2012 across the globe- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements- Proven experience with Azure DevOps, build and release pipelines is a bonus- Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and Power Platform integration- Experience with agile methodologies and sprint-based deliveryFunctional Skills- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or AX2012 (minimum 5 years)- Azure DevOps- SQL Server- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)- SSRS/Financial ReportingSoft Skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Excellent communication skills with both functional and non-functional stakeholders- Ability to translate complex financial requirements into functional solutions- Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management- Strong project management and organizational skills- Proven ability to work effectively in agile teamsQualified candidates should demonstrate a strong combination of functional expertise, financial acumen, and project delivery experience within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.BenefitsWhy work for Euromonitor?Our Values:We seek individuals who act with integrityWe look for candidates who are curious about the worldWe feel that as a community, were stronger togetherWe seek to enable people to feel empoweredWe welcome candidates who bring strength in diversityInternational: not only do we have a very multinational workforce in each office but we communicate across our 16 offices worldwide on a daily basis.Hardworking and sociable: our staff know how to work hard and know also how to enjoy themselves!
