We are looking for a temporary finance assistand with Xero proficiency to join our team on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you will play an essential part in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and supporting our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records using Xero accounting software.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry of financial transactions.
Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
Monitor and maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
Requirements:
Certificate or diploma in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience with Xero Accounting Software (certification is a plus).
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Live in or around the Paarl, Franschhoek and surrounding areas
