Job SummaryHire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner with extensive exposure to the Mining & Metals industry (8-10 years minimum). In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, providing financial insights and guidance to support business decisions and drive financial performance.As a Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyse financial data, develop budgets and forecasts, and provide strategic recommendations. Your extensive knowledge of the mining and metals industry will be crucial in understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Analyse financial data and performance metrics to identify trends and provide insights.
• Provide financial guidance and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports.
• Ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Mining & Metals industry
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or finance business partnering roles.
• Professional qualification such as CA(SA) or CIMA mandatory
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in financial management systems and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
