Job Description
WHAT YOUxe2x80x99LL DO:
- Own day-to-day accounting and monthly reporting in line with IFRS & local GAAP
- Present meaningful insights by comparing actuals vs. budgets and forecasts
- Lead financial consolidation and statement preparation
- Drive compliance in taxation, statutory reporting, and audit readiness
- Partner with stakeholders to define pricing strategy, support cross-border transactions, and ensure transfer pricing compliance
- Champion the SAP environment with at least 3 years of hands-on experience
- Elevate payroll processing accuracy, streamline SOPs, and lead finance audits
- Leadership that aligns with global values
- Exceptional communication and collaboration
- Project planning and cross-functional engagement
- Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence
- Strong SAP proficiency
- BCom Accounting (or equivalent) xe2x80x94 CA(SA) preferred
- MBA in Finance? Thatxe2x80x99s a plus!
- 5+ years in the pharmaceutical or similar industry
- Proven success in managing cross-border transactions and compliance
