• Budgeting & Forecasting: Take charge of compiling, negotiating, and managing budgets and forecasts. Ensure sustainability, growth, and profitability by embedding ROI insights and providing monthly financial reports.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Offer strategic financial insights by supporting cluster heads and business leaders in understanding their financial positions. Conduct scenario analyses, performance trend evaluations, and headcount/resource reviews.
• Operational Liaison: Serve as a critical link between finance and operations. Resolve financial issues, support debtors and collections, and provide key insights to executives and clients regarding financial trends and risk management.
• People Management: Lead and manage your team effectively, ensuring performance aligns with company goals, HR processes, and quality standards.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify financial risks, update monthly reports, and manage outstanding debtors to mitigate potential bad debts.

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting or Finance
• Studying towards CIMA

Experience:

• 9-10 years in accounting, with 3 years in management accounting
• 3 years in a managerial role.
• Audit experience is advantageous.
