Job Description
Are you a qualified Chartered Accountant with a passion for finance and a desire to make a difference in the developing world? Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated CA(SA) to join their dynamic team.Responsibilities:
- Holistic Business Understanding: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business to effectively drive financial initiatives.
- Project Execution: Conceptualise, design, and execute financial projects with efficiency and precision.
- Financial Control Development: Further develop and meticulously document the financial control environment.
- Cashflow forecasting: Develop granular cashflow forecasting to ensure financial stability.
- Liquidity Management: Manage group-wide liquidity to optimise financial resources.
- Foreign Currency Risk Management: Effectively manage foreign currency risks to protect the business.
- Lender Engagement: Engage proactively with lenders through covenant and business case reporting.
- Legal Agreement Review: Review legal agreements to ensure compliance and safeguard the business interests.
- Corporate Finance and Tax Structuring: Strategically structure corporate finance and tax operations for optimal delivery.
- CA(SA) Qualification
- 3-5 Years of post article experience
- Corporate Treasury of Finance experience
- Ability to travel from time to time as required
