Job Description

CA(SA) with minimum 5-7 years' post article experience, required to join the group finance team and to build and improve financial structure, design and execute finance projects and take ownership of the group treasury function for a FinTech company in Stellenbosch.Minimum requirements:

• CA(SA) qualification required
• Minimum 5-7 years post article experience essential
• Corporate treasury or finance experience advantageous
• Must be willing to travel from time to time

Responsibilities:

• Build and improve financial structures
• Take ownership of group treasury function
• Holistically understand the business
• Conceptualise, design and execute financial projects
• Develop and document financial control environment
• Development of granular cashflow forecasting
• Group wide liquidity management
• Management of foreign currency risk
• Pro-active engagement with lenders via covenant and business case reporting
• Reviewing legal agreements
• Corporate finance and tax structuring
