Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive experience in Financial Services, with a strong preference for experience in the lending sector.
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Open to relocation to Gauteng
