Job Description
Our client has a vacancy for a strong Finance Director with hospitality experience. The successful candidate must oversee all financial aspects of their business and drive the companys financial strategy and planning. This vacancy is based in the outskirts of Stellenbosch.Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Financial Management & Reporting
- Cash Flow & Risk Management
- Investment & Funding Strategy
- Team Management & Cross-Department Collaboration
- Sustainability & Compliance
- Business Development & M&A Activities
- Hospitality-Specific Financial Oversight
- Completed articles (SAIPA/SAICA/CIMA) with at least 8 years post article experience.
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive, preferably with experience in wine and hospitality sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles across multiple business verticals (wine production, hotel, and restaurant operations).
- Strong proficiency in financial management software (the estate uses Sage Intacct).
