We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Finance Executive to lead our financial operations in a fast-paced, diverse, and growing supply chain environment. This is a senior-level role where youll be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while providing strategic insights to senior management to help drive business success.Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a Finance Executive or in a similar senior financial leadership role within the supply chain or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain operations and financial management in a diverse environment.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proven track record of managing complex financial tasks, budgets, and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

• BCom and SAICA/SAIPA articles - Required.
• Lead the financial strategy and oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the company.
• Provide strategic recommendations and financial insights to senior leadership to support business growth and profitability.
• Ensure the efficient financial management of the companys diverse operations, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with other departments to ensure that financial objectives are met.
• Prepare and present high-level financial reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to financial controls and policies.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
