Manage financial and administrative operations within the Grain division to ensure effective and reliable processes.
Develop and execute financial strategies that support the division's long-term goals and align with overall business objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage impairments, and ensure process efficiency.
Lead and mentor the finance team by aligning development plans with organisational goals.

Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA).
At least 5 years relevant experience in finance (candidates with concurrent experience in management will receive preference).
Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies.
Extensive knowledge of SAP and ERP Systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience and understanding of SAFEX will be advantageous.
