The Role
You'll be responsible for:Managing finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK and international regulations.
Overseeing daily reconciliation in Xero and processing payments.
Checking invoices for accuracy and preparing them for payment.
Preparing tax filings and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Conducting financial reporting and analysis to provide insights on profitability and business performance.
Handling forecasting and budgeting processes.
Ensuring financial controls are maintained and identifying areas for process improvement.

The Person
Strong experience in
accounting, bookkeeping,
and
financial reporting
.
Qualified or part-qualified
accountant
(ideally UK qualification)
Familiarity with
Xero
for daily financial operations.
Experience working with
UK financial regulations
and
tax compliance
.
Strong
analytical skills
with experience in
financial forecasting and reporting
.
Ability to
work autonomously
in a lean,
results-driven
environment.
