Lone Rider is a growing e-commerce brand operating in over 110 countries with logistics in six locations.

The Role





You'll be responsible for:Managing finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK and international regulations. Overseeing daily reconciliation in Xero and processing payments. Checking invoices for accuracy and preparing them for payment. Preparing tax filings and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Conducting financial reporting and analysis to provide insights on profitability and business performance. Handling forecasting and budgeting processes. Ensuring financial controls are maintained and identifying areas for process improvement.

The Person





Strong experience in

accounting, bookkeeping,

and

financial reporting

. Qualified or part-qualified

accountant

(ideally UK qualification) Familiarity with

Xero

for daily financial operations. Experience working with

UK financial regulations

and

tax compliance

. Strong

analytical skills

with experience in

financial forecasting and reporting

. Ability to

work autonomously

in a lean,

results-driven

environment.

Three Key Priorities

Financial Accuracy & Compliance

- Ensuring reconciliations, tax filings, and financial reporting are completed accurately and on time.

Strategic Financial Support

- Assisting leadership with forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis to inform key decisions.

Process Optimization

- Identifying efficiencies in bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial operations to improve scalability.
