Job Description


Job Summary RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate post-delivery conditions with sales, clients, banks
  • Do contracts on Xperteck
  • Providing sales with correspondence in respect to vehicle registrations as required per country specific vehicle licensing offices
  • Sanction screening of files before invoicing
  • Validate contractual documents and supporting security documents being correctly signed either on site or off site
  • Follow up constantly with sales on the progress of deals as clients call F&I to follow up on their deliveries and progress of trucks
  • Relationship building with Sales Executives
  • Support to Sales Executives
  • Complete process of finance from start to end with banks
  • Send POP to accounts and sales executives upon payment of deals
  • Daily banking allocations
  • Request settlements for clients and send them settlements if required
  • Attend meetings where required
  • Request deposits from clients when deals are approved on behalf of sales
  • Prepare letter of undertakings to banks to get payments of trucks from banks
  • Type and do approvals letters to clients with bank or in-house finance
  • General client queries
  • Contracts for in-house clients
  • Request contracts from banks and verify them as correct
  • Upload files on shared drive
  • Request DIC invoices from invoice clerks
  • Send and receive application docs to clients - ensure all information is completed
  • Credit report motivations
  • Ensuring conditions of loan with pre-delivery conditions having been met / Compliance orientated
  • Prepare release note with confirmation of pre-delivery conditions being met
  • Prepare file for audit and have signed off by respective managers
  • Ensure digital filing of hard and soft copy files for record and audit purposes
  • Yearly training to stay complaint with regulations (18cpd Points per year)
  • Asset Management
  • Release of Natis Documents- follow process in respect to release of Natis, maintain a file in respect to release of Natis
  • Updating and timely distribution of Department Reports
  • Ensure to maintain an efficient filing system, filing up to date
  • General Administrative duties
  • Special project work as required
REQUIREMENTS:
  • NQF Level 4 - Financial qualification - Full F&I Qualification
  • NCR qualification
  • RE5 Representative Accreditation
  • Cross border travelling experience essential
  • Prefer Male candidate
  • Team Player
  • Confident and Proactive
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role
  • Code 8 drivers license
  • Automotive Industry Experience a Must
