Relevant certifications needed in a dealership environment
FAIS accredited
At least 3 years of experience in automotive finance and insurance
Strong understanding of financing options, credit scoring and lending practices
Ability to build rapport with customers and establish trust
Strong negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Must be able to handle an average of 60 vehicle units per month
MS Office, industry related dealership CRM & platform packages, industry related platform experience

Key responsibility
Work closely with sales team to facilitate the sale of vehicles by offering financing options and aftermarket products to customers
Present and explain various financing options including leasing, loans and extended warranties to customers in a clear and understandable manner
Negotiate financing terms with financial institutions to secure competitive interest rates and terms for customers
Sell aftermarket products such as extended warranties, insurance and vehicle protection plans to enhance customer's ownership experience and protect their investment
Explain the benefits of aftermarket products and tailor recommendations to match customer's needs and preferences
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to vehicle financing and aftermarket product sales
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all finance and insurance transactions
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
