Seeking a Finance Internal Controls Specialist to join a multinational manufacturing company!Our client, based in the Western Cape, is looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join their team and support the Finance Internal Controls Manager in the maintenance and improvement of CILs internal control systems, processes and documentation, including the C-SOX framework. This role will ensure the effective execution of key financial controls across all group finance functions.To apply, send your CV toDuties:

• Support the implementation of internal control systems across key finance processes.
• Collaborate with departments to execute finance systems and control-related projects.
• Monitor and consolidate the finance internal control self-assessment process, preparing reports for Senior Management and the Audit Committee.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of a consolidated control framework.
• Ensure key controls are effectively executed through ongoing monitoring.
• Assist in implementing the Segregation of Duties Matrix within the group.
• Conduct risk assessments to define global priorities for internal controls.
• Support Internal/External Auditors, assist in developing action plans, and advise management on finance internal control best practices.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Finance / Business Administraions
• BCom Honours
• CIA / CISA / CA(SA)

Experience:

• Completed SAICA articles
• Big 4 audit experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role
• Experience working with COSO-based internal control systems
• Experience with implementing or monitoring COSO-based frameworks

Skills & Competencies:

• Deadline driven
• Proactive
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Strong understanding of SOX or C-SOX frameworks and requirements
• Fully bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese speaking is beneficial
