Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Finance Manager to join them in Alberton, Gauteng. The Finance Manager will be a Chartered Accountant or have completed Honours and articles. The successful candidate will take full responsibility of the financial management function of the company. ERP System experience required in SAP/SYSPRO etcPOSITION INFO:
Job Title: Finance Manager
Geographical area: Alberton, GautengThe successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Managing administration department together with finance department. 8-10 direct reports
• Responsible for all financial transactions up to trial balance
• Preparation of financial reports
• Preparation of management accounts
• Oversee creditors department
• Bank reconciliations
• Taxation duties
• Cash flow management
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Audit preparation

Minimum qualifications and experience:

• B Compt (Hons) (Bachelor of Accounting Science) plus articles or Charted
• At least 5-7 yearsxe2x80x99 experience required as a Financial Manager or Group Accountant
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Knowledge of an ERPM software system such as Syspro or SAP
• Very good MS Excel knowledge
