Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, maintain the general ledger / trial balance and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
  • Recommend enhancements and modifications for the department, covering accounting systems and strengthening internal controls.
  • Ensure that financial records are accurate and in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Work closely with other departments to provide support on financial matters.
  • Managing external audits and providing information and support as required.
  • Team management
  • Supervise team members to ensure finance department objectives and deadlines are met.
  • Manage the performance of team members.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Deadline driven and goal oriented.
  • Proficient in the use of financial management software. Sage X3 advantageous
