Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust internal controls.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to optimize financial performance.
  • Implement and oversee management accounting practices, including cost analysis and margin analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Manage tax planning and compliance, including VAT, income tax, and payroll.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions to maintain strong financial relationships.
  • Oversee asset management and inventory controls.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role
  • Proficient in financial management principles, management accounting, and tax regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a finance team.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans, both written and spoken (non-negotiable).
