Overview:
We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy and operations. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, ensuring financial compliance, and mentoring a high-performing finance team. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of management accounts, balance sheets, and financial reports.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, monitor financial performance, and analyze variances to provide strategic insights.
Decision Support: Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to support key business decisions.
Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT submissions, audits, and financial reporting standards.
Process Optimization: Enhance financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Required Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (BCom or equivalent).
SAICA/SAIPA articles would be advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role with leadership responsibilities.
Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in Sage Evolution and Google Sheets/Slides being a plus.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strategic and results-driven mindset.
