Euromonitor is seeking a Finance Manager to lead our newly established Centre of Excellence (COE). This pivotal role will oversee the processing of supplier invoices, employee expenses, cash processing, and sales ledger support for our global offices.Why Join Us?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions, manage suppliers, and process payments.
  • Global Controls: Implement and ensure compliance with the global controls framework.
  • Reconciliation: Review monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by resolving queries promptly and maintaining active communication with stakeholders.
  • Web Orders: Ensure correct processing and reconciliation of web orders.
  • Group Finance Collaboration: Manage relationships with the Group Finance team to meet month-end deadlines and address queries.
  • South African Entity Accounting: Handle day-to-day accounting, including monthly journals, year-end audit, and tax filings.
  • Process Consistency: Ensure consistent processing across Euromonitor offices.
  • Process Improvements: Implement updates to D365 and drive efficiencies within the team.
  • People Management: Set annual objectives, prepare development plans, mentor team leads, review succession planning, provide feedback, and foster collaboration.
  • Audit Response: Lead the team in timely responses to audit requests.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Manage various projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Global Business Experience: Proven experience working in a global business environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to solve problems with a proactive attitude.
  • Team Management: At least 5 years of experience managing diverse teams, with a focus on training, development, and appraisal.
  • D365 Experience: Familiarity with D365 is a plus.
