Job Description
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Cash Flow Management, oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
- Cost Management, Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
- Risk Management, Assess and manage financial risks, including credit, market, and operational risks.
- External Audits, manage and coordinate external audits to ensure timely and efficient audits.
- Accounts Management, oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Team Leadership, Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.
- Cost Management
- Risk Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
