Job Summary We are seeking a finance manager with exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, possess robust accounting knowledge, report writing skills, proven technical ability and a keen interest in the growth and efficiency of our clients business.We require a candidate with a minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience in a similar capacity.Responsibilities:

• Strategize, organize and execute financial initiatives and projects.
• Estimate funds needed for short and long-term financial goals.
• Prepare financial reports, lead month-end closing and conduct monthly forecasts.
• Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting and reporting plans.
• Manage debtors and customer accounts.
• Attain optimal equity-debt balance for cost minimization and operational profit maximization.
• Offer financial insights to drive organizational performance.
• Supervise metrics, KPI tracking and reporting.
• Evaluate company financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and aid in cash flow forecasting.
• Advise management on financial decisions.
• Oversee documentation of financial status and forecasts.
• Manage assets.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Pastel Partner, Pastel Evolution and financial planning software.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Outstanding report-writing and communication abilities.
• Commitment to highest ethical standards.
