• Full responsibility for business reporting, including day-to-day inputs and postings.
• Analyse, forecast, and manage site finances under the groups reporting structure in an open, transparent, timely, and accurate manner.
• Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and capitalize on opportunities.
• Participate in Management Committee (ManCo) meetings and provide accurate and timely financial reporting to the Exco team on a monthly basis.
• Compile half-year and full-year reports and ensure successful audit completion within required timelines.
• Develop and implement financial plans with the MD to support the companys growth and long-term profitability.
• Ensure corporate governance and compliance within various regulatory frameworks.
• Drive strategic projects that impact financial reporting reliability, including ERP system implementations.

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting or Finance
• B Com (Hons)
• CA(SA) or CIMA completed

Experience:

• Completed Articles
• 5 years of commercial experience.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years in financial management within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Caseware

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
