Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
As the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of financial functions. You will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and management. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining stringent financial controls and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Liaising with auditors and financial institutions will also be part of your remit, along with overseeing the preparation of annual financial statements and VAT submissions. Your strategic partnership with the CFO and MD will be critical in driving the company's financial objectives forward.Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years' experience, 3 years in relevant financial leadership roles
- CA(SA)
