Job Description
Job SummaryHire Resolve's Client in the Security and Risk Industry is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.Responsibilities
- Manage the financial planning and analysis process
- Prepare financial reports for management
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Monitor and analyze financial performance
- Provide financial guidance to senior management
- Manage financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification (CA, ACMA.) is preferred
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager position
- Excellent knowledge of financial operations and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Salary negotiable
