Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting.
• Completed SAICA articles.
• 4-6 years of post-articles experience in a financial management role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards (IFRS, GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards (IFRS, GAAP).
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and oversee investment activities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and projects.
