As a Finance Manager, you'll be the maestro of monetary matters, orchestrating the preparation and quality of financial accounts while ensuring compliance with IFRS and other regulatory standards. • Take the helm of external and internal reporting, adhering to the highest standards of IFRS and group policies.
• Navigate the financial management of non-life entities within the MFC, crafting and implementing robust financial strategies.
• Champion the preparation of unblemished annual financial statements and provide insights that drive the financial health of the business.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable solutions, ensuring the business stays ahead of the curve.
• Steer the budget and forecasting processes, providing sharp business insights to guide decision-making.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits, managing tax and regulatory compliance with finesse.
• Implement and oversee internal controls, mitigating financial risks and safeguarding the organization's assets.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and lead a team of finance professionals to excellence.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• 4-6 years of post-article experience
• Experience with IFRS 9 and IFRS 17 is an advantage
• Proficiency in HFM & Oracle systems
