Qualifications & Requirements:

• Completed CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualification.
• 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a Manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the manufacturing facility.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and analysis to senior management.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and

activities. * Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and financial risk assessments.

• Collaborate with various departments to support business objectives and improve financial performance.
