Job & Company Description:The client has existed for over 20 years, a subsidiary of a JSE-listed company, the ideal candidate must come from a Retail property Management company and must be used to managing multiple portfolios at a time.This role reports to the Divisional Finance Executive some of the duties: prepares/reviews journal entries and reviews financial information needed to ensure an accurate statement of the portfolioxe2x80x99s financial position to the client. Weekly reconciliations from landlordxe2x80x99s petty cash, annual reporting, and half-yearly reporting.Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Com Accounting
- 5-10 years of accounting experience
- Strong personality
- Ability to assist and supervise others
