Its extensive African footprint makes it a key player in the real estate industry on the continent.This role reports to the Finance Executive and will assume Finance Manager in the Property Sector include a range of tasks related to financial management, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Key duties typically involve:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for property portfolios.
• Analyze financial performance, including profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Provide insights on financial trends to support strategic decision-making and improve profitability.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Develop, implement, and manage the annual budget for properties under management.
• Perform variance analysis comparing actuals with budgets and forecasts.
• Provide rolling forecasts to adapt to market changes and property performance

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting
• SAICA Articles
• MDA System
• 9 years relevant Property Management Experience
