Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive profitability.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage cash flow, risk, and investment strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- BCom in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; a Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
- Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
