Their expertise in navigating complex property markets has solidified their reputation as a trusted industry giant.This role reports to the Head of Finance, and some of the responsibilities include finance management and reporting, providing insights to maximize asset value and profitability, overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies, preparing and analysing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, and ensuring accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Budgeting and forecasting, developing and managing financial models for property performance evaluation, risk and compliance, and ensuring statutory compliance with tax regulations, REIT requirements, and financial controls.Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA)
• MDA
• 10 years of relevant property experience
• 7 years post-articles
