Job Description
Lexdan Select is assisting a Manufacturing business based in Pretoria with their search for a Finance Manager. The role is generally based in office, but some flexibility is offered.The client is growing at a significant pace, and requires a candidate who can run the finance department, engage with the business in strategic planning, and be hands on in relation to any administrative requirements.The requirements of the Finance Manager role:
- A CA (SA)
- Minimum 4 years post articles experience
- Experience in the manufacturing, mining or construction industries
- Operational - manage the finances
- New business - work with CEO as a key member of the new business negotiation team
- Funding & Corp Finance - assist identifying, developing and implementing optimal funding structures
