• Lead and oversee the accounting control processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Design and implement robust operating models and processes to enhance financial reporting and operational performance.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including SARB, JSE, and other market participants.
• Provide insightful analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance control environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability.

Qualifications:

• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in management roles within the financial services sector.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, process and operating model design, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
