You have a proven record of coordinating or actively participating in projects involving diverse stakeholders, and you thrive in multicultural environments. Your expertise includes creating Purchase Orders, monitoring and controlling budgets, and supporting financial processes. You are computer literate, with excellent Excel skills and a solid understanding of Accounting ERP systems, ideally Salesforce and/or SAP. Fluent in English, with any additional European language being a plus, you excel in fast-paced environments, taking initiatives and adapting quickly to meet deadlines. Flexible, proactive, and open-minded, you work independently with a strong team spirit and attention to detail.
This is a 12 month contract role working in a hybrid setup (3 days per week in De Bron, Cape Town)
What you will be doing:
You will work closely with the Operations controlling team and support the team with Purchase Order and Expenses approval.
Your key activities and accountabilities will include:
Participating in the Programme Operations Centralised Purchase Order and Expenses reimbursement process
Monitoring and controlling the budget of programmes
Collaborating closely with Operations, IT, Finance, and other departments
Performing additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to take part in the implementation of process and system improvement projects, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our operations.
