REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric, relevant qualifications advantageous
  • Experience in a similar role preferably more than 5 years
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy are absolutely essential
  • Highly responsible personality
  • Proactive, Organised, Analytical
  • Ability to supervise with confidence and not being afraid to speak up
  • Working knowledge of Sage Accounting or similar
  • Computer literate
DUTIES
  • Extensive professional client liaison
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of the admin office and the operations related to orders and invoicing
  • Liaising with courier companies and understanding and controlling all exports
  • Liaising with customers with respect to their orders
  • Understand the flow of the operation to ensure smooth running for a customer order from start to finish
  • Supervise the admin assistant and review her work
  • Assist with preparing quotes and invoices
  • Ensure orders are completed and sent out timeously and accurately
  • Oversee the warehouse staff and control of orders from receipt to completion
  • Answer incoming calls
  • General and ad hoc office duties
