We have a global presence and Oceana is a black-owned company and a level 1 B-BBEE contributor.Purpose of the role:Optimize financial systems and processes to support organizational operations. Responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining financial systems. Collaborate with finance teams, IT, and stakeholders to ensure system alignment with organizational needs.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing systems, design solutions for efficiency, and streamline workflows.
• Lead implementation of new systems/upgrades, manage timelines, and budget.
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards for financial analysis.
• Provide end-user training, support, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• B. Com Accounting or equivalent.
• Proven experience in finance systems analysis, preferably in corporate finance.
• Proficiency in SAP, financial planning tools, and reporting software
