Assist with month-end processes, ensuring all entries and reconciliations are accurate and timely.
Implement and document financial processes and policies for the new OpCo, aiding in its setup and stabilization.
Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, PAYE, and other statutory requirements.
Support the finance team in managing the existing London-based operations and filling in as needed during this transition phase.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting roles, ideally with a multinational company.
Strong understanding of financial processes, tax, and VAT/PAYE regulations.
Proven track record of assisting with initial setup phases, especially in a new operational entity.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
