Our client is a specialist provider of safety and monitoring solutions to the mining Industry. That is looking for a financial Accountant.Position: Financial Accountant

Salary: Market relatedMinimum Requirements:
- SAIPA/SAICA articles.
- B.Com (Accounting) degree.
- Microsoft 365 and ERP experience.
- Standard Bank Business online is advantageous.
- PowerBI proficiency is advantageous.
- Manufacturing industry experience (advantageous)
- Responsible for the full accounting function.
- Reconciliation of the GL account.
- Bank reconciliations and cashflow planning and management.
- Processing of cashbook, debtors, creditors, costing and revenue analysis.
- Reconciliations of the VAT account and import VAT account.
- Preparing monthly statutory returns such as VAT & PAYE.
- Preparation of Trial Balance.
- Compilation of management statements.
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register.
- Depreciation of Assets.
- Preparation of Tax.
- Identifying cost saving initiatives.
