- Perform full accounting function, including income tax function, VAT returns, payroll and PAYE/UIF submission
- Preparing all necessary documents for annual audit
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and weekly cash flow management.
- Manage producer payments to ensure accurate and on time payments
- Manage the forex
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the agriculture, export, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English & Afrikaans
