Financial Accountant (half Day Role)

Job Description
My client, a market leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Accountant to be part of their dynamic team. (This position is a half-day role!) The successful candidate will be required to have 5 years of experience as an Accountant in a manufacturing industry, performing full accounting functions, overseeing the debtors and creditors department and ensuring the accurate recording of financial information and timely reporting.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation annual budgets and forecasting
- Reviewing monthly trial balance and preparing monthly management reports
- Dividends tax returns
- Monthly calculations and reconciliations
- Invoicing to clients
- Preparation of quarterly financial reports
- Weekly cash flow preparation
- Liaising with business partners in respect of monthly management reports and cash flows
- Stock control, stock calculations, opening and closing of stock, WIP, and BOM
- Performing monthly stock takes with operations and utilizing results in monthly reporting
- BCom Accounting Degree
- Articles would be advantageous
- 5 years of commercial exposure in a manufacturing environment
