Job Summary ? Financial Accountant (JB5076) ? White River, Mpumalanga ? R50,000 - R55,000 CTC per month + ? R10,000 car allowance (above CTC) ? Permanent Position Are you an experienced Financial Accountant with a background in agriculture and multi-entity financial management? This role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, IFRS compliance, and strategic financial planning across multiple high-value entities. * Minimum Requirements: ? BCom in Accounting, Financial Management, or Management Accounting ? 8+ years' experience managing financials for multiple entities ? Agricultural industry experience preferred ? Advanced Pastel proficiency ? Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting & cash flow management ? Expertise in tax compliance (VAT, EMP submissions) & SARS regulations ? High level of accuracy, analytical skills & problem-solving abilities ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential) ? Willingness to travel when required ? Key Responsibilities: * Financial Management & Reporting - Ensure IFRS compliance, manage budgets & analyze financial reports ? Tax & Compliance - Oversee VAT, EMP submissions & SARS compliance ? Creditors & Debtors Management - Manage accounts payable/receivable & financial evaluations ? Asset & Inventory Control - Maintain fixed asset registers & monitor agricultural assets ? Strategic Financial Planning - Assess financial risks, business ventures & investment opportunities.
