Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) designation is required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business growth and profitability
