The successful candidate will be required to ensure a smooth running of the accounting department by managing the staff effectively and efficiently and handling Human Capital and their performance which includes their training, recruitment and selection.Duties and Responsibilities:
- HC People and Performance Management
- Budgets and Forecast
- Financial reporting
- Risk Management
- General ledger
- CA(SA)
- Audit management experience would be ideal!
