Job Description
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Completed SAIPA articles.
- Proven experience in a financial accounting role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards (IFRS, GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Manage full accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Oversee internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investments.
