Job Description
My client a market leader in the travel and hospitality giant is seeking a Financial Controller to be apart of the dynamic team. This organization is a world class leader ranging from crafts and curios to tourists.As the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the financial management of the business, overseeing the full finance functions including offshore divisions. The successful candidate should be deadline driven, high attention to detail, customer and client focus and excellent communication and presentation skills.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Foreign currency experience
- Implementation of internal controls and policies
- Budgeting and forecasting assistance
- Vat and tax submissions
- IFRS standards
- Compiling daily sales reports
- CA(SA)
- At least 2 years of post-articles experience as a financial controller would be ideal
- Retail experience would an advantage
