They are seeking a dedicated Financial Property Accountant to join their dynamic Johannesburg-based head office.As a Financial Property Accountant, you will oversee the full accounting function for all group entities up to trial balance. Your responsibilities will include reconciling all balance sheet accounts, including Bank, VAT, and Employee tax. You will be preparing monthly reports, maintaining and updating the fixed asset register, submitting VAT & EMP201 returns, and assisting with the preparation of annual financial statements.The ideal candidate will hold a BCom degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with completed articles being advantageous. You should have 2-4 years of experience in a property-related role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MDA and MS Excel is essential.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established team in a booming real estate sector.
