Join our esteemed clients in reaching their goals. Theyxe2x80x99re looking for a committed Financial Accountant to bring fresh energy to their team!As the Financial Accountant you will be responsible for the below:
- Oversee the Creditors team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle supplier and buyer queries and resolve issues.
- Prepare payment requisitions, load bank transactions, and manage forex, petty cash, and credit cards.
- Create and manage vendor accounts with required documentation.
- Reconcile balance sheets, debtors, and intercompany accounts monthly.
- Manage foreign exchange and inventory control processes.
- Process monthly accruals, depreciation, and maintain fixed assets.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, VAT returns, and statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and oversee year-end audits.
Completed Bcom Honors in Accounting and related field.
3+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role in finance.
