- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow and report on liquidity.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.
- Maintain and update fixed asset records.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Implement cost-saving measures and financial controls.
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Completed Bcom in Accounting and related field.
5+ years experience in the same field.
