- Full accounting function - from data input to management reporting
- Data Analysis
- Support to Financial Manager
- Analytical Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director
- Daily Sub-ledger Balancing
- Daily Purchase Order Conversions
- Processing & Review of All Journal Entries
- Review of Creditors Recon''''s, payment packs and ageing
- Income statement and balance sheet analysis and review
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet recon''''s and resolving queries
- Prepare manual journals
- BEE Reporting
- Management reporting pack preparation
- Foreign Payments monitor Forex requirements and usage
- Review and sign off cashbooks
- Back up to cashbook function
- Back up to shipment costing function
- Full fixed assets management
- Adhoc - assist FM and CA when requested
- BCOM Degree or equivalent
- Up to date IFRS knowledge
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Report writing - advantageous
- SAGE X3 ERP experience
- At least 5 - 8 years experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
